Accomplished entrepreneur Steve Case to speak at NVTC event
BOWIE, Md.—October 14, 2011— The MIL Corporation (MIL) will be in attendance at today’s Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC) Titans breakfast series. Startup America Chairman and Revolution CEO, Steve Case will speak at the event.
This month’s NVTC Titans event focuses on innovation, entrepreneurship and American competitiveness. MIL Senior Assistant Vice President, Harvey Weiner, will attend the event.
“Steve Case is certainly a titan of our industry – his dedication in promoting the success of entrepreneurs is inspiring,” said Weiner. “He’s one of the most accomplished entrepreneurs in America and I look forward to hearing his insights first-hand.”
In addition to serving as the CEO of Startup America Partnership, an independent alliance of various entities focused on the promoting the growth and success of U.S. entrepreneurs, Case is also a member of the White House Council on Jobs and Competitiveness. He was recently chosen to represent America’s entrepreneurs at President Obama’s joint congressional address this past September.
This NVTC Titans Breakfast takes place on Friday, Oct. 14, 2011 at 8:00 a.m., located at The Ritz-Carlton in McLean, Va.
