The MIL Corporation Wins PASS Contract
MIL to perform Program and Systems Support for NAVAIR
Bowie, Md.—Aug. 7, 2017— The MIL Corporation (MIL), a mid-sized government contractor, is pleased to announce a contract award to provide Naval Air Systems Command’s (NAVAIR) (AIR 6.8) Corporate Business Office (CBO) with program and system support (PASS). MIL is one of eight vendors awarded to perform work under this $495,737,308 Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.
Along with its team of nine subcontractors, MIL will support total life cycle management activities that enable the improvement of products, processes, services, outcomes, and metrics of operations, ultimately aiding the needs of our Warfighters.
Major tasks to be performed during this five-year contract may include: project, program, and portfolio management; business, cost estimating, and financial management; business analytics, IT systems development, deployment, and operations and support; facilitation, education, and training; and technical editing, writing, and illustration.

The NAVAIR CBO supports all DoD Commands, agencies, field activities, DoD entities, United State Coast Guard, and NASA. CBO works to facilitate lessons learned across DoD and its partners, while also providing acquisition, implementation, and sustainment of products and services. MIL will utilize staff across its service areas to work with CBO to ensure timely and effective operational solutions to these roles and requirements.
