New executive to increase development on mission-focused security efforts
BOWIE, Md.—Dec. 15, 2015— The MIL Corporation (MIL), a mid-sized government contractor, is pleased to announce the addition of Vice President Jason Hannah to its Corporate Business Development (CBD) team. Hannah will add his 25 years of business, management, and technical expertise to MIL’s capabilities in financial management, information technology, and systems engineering, focusing on homeland security and public safety initiatives.
Under CBD, Hannah will provide subject matter expertise with program management and execution, contracts, and business strategy. These efforts include project performance, IDIQ task order responses and readiness, as well as building strategic plans for future growth efforts. Under his direction, MIL will continue to focus on opportunities to serve mission-focused customers in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the larger public safety community.
“It is exciting to see our business strategy growing under such talented professionals,” said MIL CBD Executive Vice President Marisa Daley. “Now that we are entering into our 35th year of business, having a birds-eye-view on our business direction for the next 30 plus years is more important than ever. Jason’s insight will offer new avenues to reach emerging public safety and security business opportunities in DHS and elsewhere, which will be a great asset to our team.”
Prior to joining MIL, Hannah served as the executive director of mission support solutions at ManTech International where he led business development activities in the DHS space. He also served as the director of operations at E3 Federal Solutions, where he was responsible for all DHS-focused program execution and strategic growth. Hannah’s history in leveraging organizational change targets efficiency, while supporting enforcement, counterterror, and public safety missions.
Hannah is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and is currently pursuing his Master of Science in Management at the University of Maryland. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Rocky Mountain College in Billings, Mont.
