Rick Miller

Mr. Miller, Sr. Software Engineer, specializes in leading cyber related efforts that focus on software tool development, test and evaluation, Red Team operations, penetration testing, incident response, research and development, and cyber workforce development.  With over 26 years of DoD software engineering and management experience, he provides program management support to our Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) customers, while managing engineering staff and executing business strategy and objectives for MIL’s Cyber Sector.

Mr. Miller holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh.  He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Ethical Hacker (C|EH).
