Larry Hollingsworth, SVP, provides senior leadership to MIL business efforts, placing particular emphasis on Warfighter programs in the areas of C5ISR, cybersecurity, and engineering. Mr. Hollingsworth uses his over 37 years of civil service experience to guide the expansion of MIL’s business as a whole, with particular emphasis on developing opportunities supporting the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR). His expertise and connection to the Patuxent River Naval Air Station community lends direct support to MIL’s programs in the company’s Rapid Engineering, Integration, and Prototyping Solutions (REPS), Cyber, and Engineering and Technical Services Sectors.
Prior to joining MIL, Mr. Hollingsworth served in a dual role capacity as the National Director of AIR-4.5 Avionics Department and the Director of Rapid Response/Irregular Warfare at NAVAIR, Patuxent River, Md. He was the Product Area Executive for all of the Naval Aviation Enterprises Avionics inclusive of; Communications, Navigation, Electro-Optical, Radar, Air Traffic Control, Identification Friend or Foe, Anti- Submarine Warfare, Electronic Warfare, and Automatic Landing Systems Equipment.
Mr. Hollingsworth earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from George Washington University and a Master of Science in Engineering Administration at Catholic University.
