Sonya Holland, VP, has more than 23 years of experience in finance and information systems. Ms. Holland has experience in system analysis and design, independent validation and verification, requirements identification and documentation, organizational change management, system testing, help desk operations, functional verification testing, training, database administration, and data modeling. She is an active member of the Association of Government Accountants (AGA) and the Project Management Institute, from which she holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Ms. Holland has served several agencies including the Federal Aviation Administration, U.S. Departments of Commerce, Housing and Urban Development, Education, and Justice, as well as the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, the U.S. Navy, and the U.S. Department of Defense.
Ms. Holland holds a Masters of Business Administration from Old Dominion University.
